Ahahaha... It's not a song, actually... but if you smart enough, you'll recognize that the song I mean is Papua's local song called Yamko Rambe Yamko. What I'm going to write is about traditional food called Yangko. It's my favourite snack made from glutinous sticky rice flour. It's a traditional snack from Kota Gede, Yogyakarta.
Yogyakarta is fame for it's Bakpia pathuk. But I prefer this Yangko than Bakpia. Couple days ago, my cousin went for a school trip to Yogyakarta. I purposely ask my cousin to bought it for me. Well, it's always not the same, if you buy it by your self than if you ask somebody to buy it for you. This one my cousin bought is not as delicious as I remember. It only has 4 flavor,but it taste the same (T_T) only with different color. The taste is also too sweet.. . She bought it for Rp.18000 rupiah.
My fave Yangko has the durian taste. It has 4 or 5 taste on a packadge, it has a strawberry flavor, plain flavor, durian flavor.
